Having the right kit is essential for a memorable and enjoyable adventure so be sure to wear comfortable shoes that provide good support and dress in layers to adapt to changing weather conditions. Essential !

Sturdy walking boots/waterproof trainers/comfy wellington boots – preferably with good ankle support and grip for uneven, rocky, or muddy ground. (no crocs, sandals (unless walking grade) or high heels please!!)

Waterproof jacket (and trousers if you have them) – Breathable, windproof, and reliable in case of sudden downpours.

Layered clothing system as the temperature can vary especially on the moorland adventures

A backpack to keep your valuables in

Your mobile phone to take pictures and video clips

Trekking poles – Useful on steep coastal descents or uneven moorland

Hat and gloves – Even in the summer, it can get windy and chilly on the moors or cliffs
